Lately, I have been juggling my new nursing job plus reschedules, delivering galleries and taming toddlers in the evenings.  It has been crazy, needless to say!  I always spend a tremendous amount of time prior to, during and in post-processing on these sessions.  Due to my new, VERY limited schedule, I now offer three all inclusive collections based on time and clients no longer have to meet with me for their gallery reveal.  I have found that this works better for my new schedule and for my clients’ busy schedules as well.  Elias was one of my first newborn sessions in June, after a very long 3-month break.  He is such a gorgeous baby and was just in love with his beautiful skin tone and dark hair.  He gave us ALL the faces and if I wasn’t so super swamped right now, I would show the series of faces he made on the little cream bed 😂 It was quite amusing!  I found that he was also very partial to my assistant as well, giving her all the smiley faces while she held him!  Mom was pretty opened-minded when designing his session and let me take the reins. I used a lot of earth tones because I feel they are very beautiful and timeless compared to your traditional newborn boy colors.

Typically, newborn sessions are scheduled between 6-15 days old.  I spend a tremendous amount of time on the planning and details of these sessions so I only book one per month to give my clients a great experience!  If you are expecting and interested in reserving a session on my calendar, I recommend booking months in advance to ensure availability.
