There’s something about Hudson’s face that reminds me of my own boy when he was a newborn.  He was such a beautiful boy to photograph.  Mom and I worked super hard on this first pose together and I’m so glad we did because it showcases his SWEET face so much😍

For Hudson’s session, mom and dad opted for bean bag only.  I transition through so much posing throughout these sessions to give a good amount of variety, but mostly with the first color chosen because you are never guaranteed to get more after the backdrop is changed.  In most cases, I do and it’s always good to have a plan in store.  However, I always tell my clients before, during and after these sessions that BABY RUNS THE SHOW!

Typically, newborn sessions are scheduled between 6-15 days old.  I spend a tremendous amount of time on the planning and details of these sessions so I only book two per month to give my clients a great experience!  If you are expecting and interested in reserving a session on my calendar, I recommend booking months in advance to ensure availability.
