Zadie Star, 14 Days New!

It was such a delight having baby Zadie in the studio this week.  One of the greatest things I’ve learned photographing newborns is that all babies have different personalities and temperaments.  Adapting to this, even if it means adjusting my workflow, is one of the most necessary things I have to do!  Luckily, Zadie was a super calm baby and barely fussed at all during the session.  Mom was pretty open to all color tones and I really enjoyed pushing a bit of Fall tones into the session, but also giving her some classic tones as well.  I think they all turned out beautifully and will remain timeless in the years to come!

Typically, newborn sessions are scheduled between 6-15 days old.  I spend a tremendous amount of time on the planning and details of these sessions so I only book two per month to give my clients a great experience!  If you are expecting and interested in reserving a session on my calendar, I recommend booking months in advance to ensure availability.
